EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

Care&Co. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies with the European Union (EU) Digital Services Act (DSA) and is dedicated to protecting user rights and providing a transparent digital environment. This notice is provided to inform users within the EU of the legal requirements associated with using the Fisica service.
1. Service Transparency and Algorithm Information
Fisica is a digital healthcare wellness tool that analyzes physical data and plantar pressure sensor data provided by users to offer health insights.
Personal Use Only: All visual data, plantar pressure data, and AI analysis reports generated within Fisica are provided exclusively to the user who generated them. The Company does not disclose user content to the public nor provide features for other users to access such data.
Automated Data Processing: Analysis reports and 3D modeling provided within the service are generated through proprietary algorithms based on user-input data. This process is entirely independent of "recommender systems" used for suggesting posts or determining content exposure rankings for others.
Non-Medical Purpose: These algorithms are designed for informational and educational purposes only and do not function as medical devices for diagnosing or treating diseases.
2. Illegal Content and Service Restrictions
Content Management: In accordance with Article 9 (Prohibited Activities) of the Terms of Service, the Company may restrict access to the service if a user compromises system security or transmits illegal information.
Reporting Mechanism: If you discover activities that may violate service security or applicable laws, you may report them via privacy@carenco.kr .
Content Moderation Policy: The Company manages illegal data entry or service misuse through automated tools and human review based on Article 9 (Prohibited Activities) of the Terms of Service. If a violation is confirmed, measures such as account suspension or service restriction may be taken, and the reasons for such measures will be notified to the user.
3. Protection of Minors and Advertising Regulations
Age Restriction: Where required by applicable law, the Company may request consent from a legal guardian for minors to use the service.
Prohibition of Targeted Advertising: The Company does not implement profiling-based advertising targeting minors or utilizing sensitive information (health and biometric data).
4. EU Legal Representative
The Company has appointed DataRep as its legal representative in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom in accordance with the Digital Services Act. 5. Notice on Monthly Active Users (MAU)
In accordance with Article 24(2) of the DSA, the Company confirms that the average monthly active users of the Fisica service within the EU does not reach the threshold for \"Very Large Online Platforms (VLOP)\" (45 million users).
6. Protection of User Rights
You have the right to appeal the Company's content moderation decisions. If you disagree with a service restriction or account termination, you may file an appeal within six (6) months from the date of the notification.
